Kevin was a real breath of fresh air. He was professional, honest, friendly and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me how my boiler works and showed me exactly what was wrong. Then he fixed it quickly and for a third of the price of the other quote I had received, and it wasn't just about the money. If only all tradesmen were this genuine and competent. I am really grateful that for once, I had a problem that was solved without fuss, bull or extortion!

Very professional, took out cold water tank (iron one) and replaced it with a black plastic one with all copper pipes and soldering done - within 5 hours! Also came back the next day to check that there were no leaks, which there was not. All for a set price with components and labour costs included. All paid after the job was completed.
